Responsibilities:
- Create and coordinate electrical system models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Collaborate with project teams using BIM/VDC workflows.
- Resolve clashes, convert files, and generate coordination reports.
- Learn and apply new modeling software tools as needed.

Van Ert is looking for a reliable, organized individual to oversee daily shop and yard operations, ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are maintained, prepared, and delivered to support field crews.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver tools and materials between the shop and job sites, manage inbound freight, and handle tool check in/check out, tagging, and minor repairs.
- Maintain shop and yard organization, perform basic building and grounds maintenance, and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate daily shop workflow based on project schedules, fulfill field requests, and serve as the main point of contact between the shop, office staff, and field crews.
- Maintain inventory, update the tool tracking system, document repairs or discrepancies, and support shop safety and organization standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; able to obtain a Fed Med card
- CDL preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to operate a scissor lift and forklift
- Moderate computer skills for work orders, logs, and inventory tracking

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with PMs, Engineers, and VDC/Field teams on timelines and budgets.
- Interpret blueprints, update designs to code, and assist field crews.

- Maintain quality control through regular checks and documentation
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Drafting and Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in electrical layout/design/drafting preferred.
- Proficient in CAD (Revit) with solid knowledge of electrical codes and design tools.
- Strong attention to detail with problem solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical diploma in an electrical or drafting related field, or equivalent experience
